North Carolina Partners gathered for its annual meeting last Saturday and enjoyed a number of presentations about programs and projects from the year 2014. New Board members and officers were elected. Plaques and Certificates of Appreciation were presented to several individuals and institutions, including Gregory Poole Equipment Company, Raleigh, NC for their generous financial contribution to the N.C. and Bolivian Partners of the Americas to increase autism services for the people of Bolivia. Also, to the Autism Society-NC who hired two counselors from La Paz, Bolivia for Camp Royall, for the summer of 2014, which provided a new resource to increase and improve autism services in Bolivia.
