Bolivia has seen the worst flooding in years, with an estimated 58,000 families affected, including 80% of the indigenous people living in the lowlands of the Amazonian forest. At least 56 people have been killed.
In response to this tragedy, North Carolina Partners is undertaking a special fund campaign to raise $2,500 towards supporting the volunteer rescue organizations that played such a critical role during the emergency.
