Ian Brailsford, from Monroe, NC, leaves for Cochabamba, Bolivia. He will spend one month working with teachers at the Centro Boliviano Americano and some others. There will be lots more here to tell as he gets underway with his time there. The Teacher-in-Residence program is an exchange program through Partners of the Americas, and sponsors a teacher to go to the companion Partnership each year, alternating between South and North.
